Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of the GGR678 platform ("GGR678", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at ggr678.cam.

GGR678 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform offers sports betting markets covering cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sporting events, alongside a casino product that includes live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, table games and virtual sports.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the GGR678 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts must be registered in your own name and used solely by you. Account sharing is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration and during ongoing use of the Platform must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by you voluntarily through the Platform's responsible gambling tools or through any relevant external mechanism — that covers the GGR678 platform.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to register an account by completing the registration process and providing accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth and email address.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. GGR678 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. GGR678 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised use.

4.4 The Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address documentation may also be required in certain circumstances.
• The name on your account must match the name on your identity documents and your nominated payment method.
• KYC documents are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.

Permitted Use of the Platform

5.1 The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial, professional or business purpose.

5.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or take advantage of errors, technical glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems or software.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your identity to the Operator.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payment transactions without legitimate cause.

5.3 The Operator reserves the right to void wagers, suspend or close accounts and withhold funds in cases where prohibited conduct is identified, subject to investigation and applicable operator policy.

Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods available within the Platform's Cashier section. Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and processing times are set by the Operator and may change from time to time.

6.2 Certain Pakistani payment services — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as familiar local payment context. These references do not constitute a claim of endorsement, partnership or support from any such payment provider or financial institution.

6.3 All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Funds deposited through methods that do not match your registered account identity may be returned, subject to deduction of applicable processing fees.

6.4 The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits, including BTC and USDT, may be available subject to operator policy at the relevant time.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 GGR678 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions and special offers to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.

7.2 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Minimum Odds: Qualifying bets placed to satisfy wagering requirements on the sportsbook must meet any minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion terms. Void or cancelled bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

Withdrawals & KYC

8.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts are in good standing and whose identity has been verified to the Operator's satisfaction through the KYC process.

8.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, the Operator will designate an alternative method in accordance with its internal policies.

• The Operator reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where market integrity is in doubt.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GGR678 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of profit.

12.3 The Operator does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds information, statistical data or game descriptions.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or match fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Access from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gambling policy.

13.2 Upon closure of an account, any cash balance remaining (net of bonus funds and any applicable deductions arising from these Terms) will be returned to the Player via a reasonable payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms
